Dylan Emberton

Email: dkembert@iu.eduDylan is a Law and Public Policy Major in the class of 2028. This is his first year as an associate justice, having served as an intern for the Chief Justice his freshman year. Outside of IUSC, Dylan serves as the Chief of Staff and Member Educator for Indiana Model United Nations, an IU-sponsored student group that competes nationally in debate-based simulations. Additionally, he conducts research for the Observing Civic Engagement (OCE) Lab under Professor Matthew Baggetta. Dylan is passionate about all things law-related and is excited to serve the student body as an associate justice.

Email: scottli@iu.edu Chief Justice Scott is a junior at Indiana University studying political science with minors in both latin and anthropology. On campus, Scott works as an event assistant for the IMU's Late Nite, as a research assistant for Doctor Elizabeth Brannon and participates in BLSA and the CCO. Currently, she is working on applying to law school to fulfill her career ambitions as a judge.

Luke Stivers

Associate Justice

Justice Stivers is a sociology and political science student from Bethesda, Maryland. He was appointed to the court in 2025 by Student Body President Cooper Tinsley and will graduate in 2027. Justice Stivers previously served as the IUSG Director of Data and Research, spearheading IUSG's first ever student body survey.

Email: lbcommon@iu.edu Justice Commons is a Sophomore from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is majoring in Policy Analysis with minors in Statistics and Urban Planning and Community Development. Justice Commons stays involved on campus as a member of the Hospital Relations Committee in IU Dance Marathon.
