Petition for Reconsideration and Appeals Process
The IUSG election process ensures fairness and accountability through a structured complaints and appeals procedure. Any election member who has been negatively impacted by a ruling of a three-justice panel may petition to the entire Supreme Court for reconsideration, using the official petition for reconsideration form below, within 48 hours of notification of the panel's final judgment.
Petitions for consideration must include detailed evidence, adhere to privacy laws, and follow the guidelines outlined in the IUSG bylaws.
Once submitted, the Court investigates, deliberates privately, and issues a ruling, which is made public on the IUSG website.
For detailed information, candidates are encouraged to consult the IUSG bylaws and the Campaign Guide.
