- All Other Public Records in Possession of the Recorder of Congress
- All Financial Reports
- All Executive Staffing Reports
- Membership Records of the Supreme Court
- All Rulinings and Other Publications by the Judiciary
- Internal Rules by the Judiciary
- Membership of the Election Director
- All Advisory Opinions Issued by the Election Director
- Every Campaign Guide Issued by the Election Director
- All Documented Executive Actions (e.g., executive orders, proclamations, memorandum)
- All Press Releases, Statements, and Other Official Communications from the Executive Branch
