- Each judicial term (by calendar year)

The Measures At Large are the volume(s) of all bills, constitutional resolutions, and resolutions adopted during a term of Congress created no later than 30 days after the end of a Congressional session.
Citing from Measures at Large
Citations are in the form of # M. at L. #, with the first # indicating the volume number of the Measures at Large and the second # indicating the page on which the measure is printed. When citing a specific page, cite it as # M. at L., #, #, with the third # indicating the specific page. For example, 3 M. at L. 65, 68 refers to volume 3, starting at page 65 of the specific measure and indicating page 68 (i.e., quoted from page 68).
