Monica is a junior from Boston, Massachusetts majoring in Public Management with minors in Business and Portuguese. This is her first term in Congress. As a representative, Monica hopes to serve as better representation of the Latino/x/e community on campus. She is passionate about seeking policy changes through more equitable approaches and plans to contribute meaningfully in conversations where the cultural differences of BIPOC students could be and have historically been dismissed. Outside of Congress, she is the Co-President of Latinos Unidos and an Executive Member of the Indiana Latinx Leadership Conference.
