The Speaker of the Congress is a Member that is elected by their peers at the start of each Congressional session. They serve as the presiding officer of the legislative branch and are responsible for the general operations and management of the business of the branch. This includes, but is not limited to, the appointment of Members to committees, the appointment of Committee Chairs, the assignment of legislative duties, and serving as the ex officio Chair of the Steering Committee.

The Recorder of Congress is a Member of Congress that is elected by their peers at the start of each Congressional session. They serve as the "librarian" of Congress as it is their duty to keep a record of all the minutes of Congress. Duties include, but are not limited to, keeping track of membership, legislation, official communications to Congress, and ensuring all legislation is in proper formatting and grammar.

The Recorder of Congress is a Member of Congress that is elected by their peers at the start of each Congressional session. They serve as the "guide" of Congress as it is their duty to ensure the Congress and its Members are following the rules established for them. Duties include, but are not limited to, enforcing procedure, answering parliamentary inquires, and making Robert's Rules of Order Accessible to all Members.

The Press Secretary of Congress is a Member of Congress that is elected by their peers at the start of each Congressional session. They serve as the liaison between Congress, the press, and the public. Duties include, but are not limited to the of all managing public-facing communication.

Standing Committee Chairs are appointed by the Speaker of the Congress to oversee the standing committees established in the Bylaws and Standing Rules of Congress. The purview of each committee is established in the Standing Rules of Congress and Chairs are to ensure proper debate and consideration of legislative items brought to them.

Select Committee Chairs are appointed by the Speaker of the Congress to oversee the select committees established by the Congress. The purview of each committee is established in the originating Act and Chairs are to ensure proper debate and consideration of legislative items brought to them. Select Committees are often meant to serve as "taskforces" of a sort and not meant to replace Standing Committees but have been used to pilot potential Standing Committees.
